Description:
PROAGE PEEL (MESALTERA by Dr. Mikhaylova) combines the effects of anti-aging peeling, carboxytherapy and exoprotection. Reduces wrinkles, signs of photo- and chronoaging, promotes lifting, improves skin tone, elasticity and moisture.
The first phase is peeling, which evens out the color and texture of the skin, stimulates cell renewal, the production of collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid.
The second phase is carboxytherapy with the activation of antioxidants and anti-aging components. During the process of peeling activation, carbon dioxide is formed, which stimulates microcirculation, promotes the flow of oxygen to tissues, and activates detoxification and cleansing of the skin. The flow of nutrients and anti-aging components to skin cells increases. Succinic acid is converted into sodium succinate, which has a powerful antioxidant, rejuvenating and decongestant effect. Congestion, dark circles under the eyes, wrinkles and sagging skin are reduced.

Purpose
Two-phase peeling PROAGE PEEL (MESALTERA by Dr. Mikhaylova) is intended for professional superficial chemical peeling of the skin of the face, neck, and décolleté. It has anti-aging, keratolytic, exfoliating, brightening, antioxidant and moisturizing effects. It is used to reduce signs of photo- and chronoaging of the skin, prevent the appearance of wrinkles, sagging and hyperpigmentation, correct hyperkeratosis, and quickly improve the appearance of the skin.

Indications for use

1. Signs of aging skin (decreased tone, loss of firmness and elasticity).
2. Fine and deep wrinkles.
3. Skin texture disorders.
4. Flaxity and decreased tone of the skin of the face, neck, and décolleté.
5. Signs of hyperkeratosis (rough, “lifeless” skin).
6. Skin dehydration.
7. Aesthetic signs of photoaging (photoelastosis, pigmentation disorders).

9. Oily, contaminated skin, comedones.
10. Dull color and pasty face.

Contraindications

1. Hypersensitivity to components.
2. Dermatoses in the acute stage, dermatitis of various etiologies, including infectious inflammatory diseases (herpes, pyoderma, etc.) in the peeling area.
3. Violation of the integrity of the skin.
4. Photosensitization, visiting a solarium or taking intense sunbathing during a peeling course, immediately after the peeling procedure, as well as during the rehabilitation period.

Chemical peeling protocol

I. Preparation

• Makeup remover – Micellar Cleanser
• Wash - Gentle Cleanser Mousse, dry skin

II. Performing peeling

• Apply PROAGE PEEL with a brush in one layer in the sequence - forehead, temples, chin, cheeks, nose, neck, décolleté, area around the eyes (2 mm to the eyelash edge). Maximum exposure time – 10 minutes or until bright erythema appears.
• Apply PROAGE ACTIVATOR on top of the peeling with a brush in two successive layers.
• Apply NEUTRALIZATOR on top of the activator in one even layer. Rinse with water.

III.Restoration

• Wipe the skin - Sensi Plus Lotion
• Apply BOTOLIFT Concentrate
• Apply ANTI AGE VC-IP Mask for 10-15 minutes, rinse with water. Tone the skin

IV. Completion and protection

• Apply Anti-Age Lifting Eye Cream and VEGELIP
• If necessary, apply UV EXPERT MOISTURIZER SPF 50+

Post-peeling care
During the entire rehabilitation period, use a restorative cream - VEGELIP cream (MESALTERA by Dr. Mikhaylova) or SENSI PLUS (MESALTERA by Dr. Mikhaylova), as well as sunscreen UV EXPERT MOISTURIZER SPF 50+ (MESALTERA by Dr. Mikhaylova) or PROAGE SUNBLOCK SPF 50+ (MESALTERA by Dr. Mikhaylova) during the daytime.

Expected reactions after peeling
After peeling, slight erythema may persist from several hours to 1–2 days. Within 2–3 days, a subjective feeling of dryness and tightness of the skin is noted. Peeling is observed after 1–2 days and lasts up to 3–7 days, depending on preliminary preparation, the patient’s age and skin condition. As peelings progress over the course, peeling becomes less pronounced to the point of being subjectively unnoticeable.

Peeling course
The PROAGE PEEL course (MESALTERA by Dr. Mikhaylova) consists of 5–8 procedures depending on the severity of aesthetic skin imperfections. The procedures are performed at intervals of 7–10 days. Repeat the course no earlier than after 6 months.

Precautions
Follow the procedure protocol! Avoid contact with eyes! In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Individual reactions to product components are possible.
